NDIS Provider

Care Squad > NDIS Provider

What is an NDIS Provider

  • A NDIS service provider is a person, business or organisation who delivers funded services. Service providers have different areas of experience and expertise. It is important to work out what you want and find the right providers to meet your needs.
  • Providers can include large companies, charities, small not-for-profits, sole traders, or any other type of business. Providers who are registered with the NDIS are called ‘NDIS registered providers’. They meet strict government quality and safety requirements.

If your NDIS funding is NDIA-managed, you can only use NDIS registered providers to deliver your services. If you have been working with a support worker or provider for several years and they are not an NDIS registered provider, encourage them to register so you can continue to work with them, using your NDIS funding.

Rishi

Director

With over 16 years of experience in the disability and community services sector, Rishi has worked across a range of operational and leadership roles. Throughout his career, he saw first-hand how larger organisations often left clients feeling like just another number. This inspired him to build Care Squad on a very simple value: true person-centred care, where every individual matters.

For Rishi, the philosophy is clear — “we are in the people sector”. That means putting people before processes, ensuring dignity and respect in every interaction, and creating an environment where clients and their families feel genuinely supported. His leadership style combines compassion with accountability, making sure Care Squad delivers both high-quality support and meaningful connections.

Her journey is both professional and deeply personal — as a parent to a child with Autism, she understands firsthand the importance of empathy, advocacy, and truly listening to individual needs.

Dee is guided by values that are at the heart of everything she does: being person-centred, acting with integrity, showing compassion, and standing firmly as an advocate. Dee believes that even the smallest actions can create meaningful change in someone’s life, and she is committed to making those moments happen.

Determined, caring, and deeply driven to see people thrive, Dee works to ensure that every individual feels heard, respected, and empowered. For her, this isn’t just work — it’s a calling to make a real difference, one connection at a time.
